Please note that the owner reserves the right to assign which cottage will be made available for your stay. Regardless of the unit chosen, the lower cottage will be assigned by default(unless already booked).
Perched between them is a new, custom made, 45-ft lap pool with a “vanishing edge,” as well as an 8-foot spa.
Originally a barn, the 800-square foot lower cottage has been remodeled with new appliances, black Granite counters, a new, all white bathroom with a Toto washlet. In addition to the bedroom, the cottage is appointed with a queen-sized Aero blow up bed, as well as a pull out love seat that sleeps one. This cottage does not have internet access.
The upper, one bedroom cottage, located in close proximity to the main (lower) cottage, exists on property. This cottage can be rented in addition to the main cottage. This cottage is 900-square foot. Originally built in the 1960s, the cottage has been updated with modern appliances, satellite TV, DVD, Central heat & A/C, wireless internet access (medium speed), iron/ironing board. There is a king bed and additional queen Aero bed.
Access this secluded property via 1000 foot driveway. The cottage is tucked next to The Bouverie, a 500 acre wildlife preserve with no public access. Only 75 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge. 2-night minimum, 3-nights on holidays please.

The views don't get any bigger and cottages in the Valley don't get any more spacious than what you'll find here. (I was ready to move right in.) The upper unit has parquet and hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, great views and a light-filled sun room. The lower unit has that end-of-lane privacy, new kitchen, hard wood floors, beamed ceilings, and views that go forever!
The estate backs up to a nature preserve providing a feeling of peace and serenity. The topography is natural, pretty and there's plenty of wildlife. This escape is one I can recommend often - I love everything about it.
